By 21, he had a successful sales business with 60+ staff. He was great at making money, but was even better at spending it! He ended up with nothing… until he reached out to Paul. On his advice, he invested every penny that he had into assets. This decision led to capital growth and cashflow which was reinvested. Now he has a portfolio worth over £5,000,000 and never HAVE to work 9-5 again.

In less than two years, Helen Louise built a booming Rent to Serviced Accommodation business, allowing her to leave her teaching job and buy her dream farmhouse. Helen monetised everything she had learned and now owns a total of three Serviced Accommodation companies, including a management company and a serviced Accommodation cleaning business.

Tsen Wharton, a certified coach at Touchstone Education, transitioned from a demanding career in executive search to full-time property investment. Initially inspired by "Rich Dad Poor Dad," he sought financial freedom and control over his time. After achieving financial independence on his own, Tsen realised that he needed further education to continue the forward momentum of his property business and attain wealth abundance.
